2- Listing of Items


Shopclues doesn’t charge for listing products on its portal nor do you pay for registering or creating your online store here.


It doesn’t even charge any subscription fee or so on monthly basis although there are other charges that Shopclues does take from you like service tax, selling fee i.e for every successful sale Shopclues charges commission. Depending on the type of product you sell its charges varies between 4-20%.



3- Packaging


Packaging material is provided to the seller by shopclues. Now there are two plans. One is SCVB & the other is SCVP Plan. In SCVB plan, the packing has to be done by the seller itself and then it is picked by the courier representative whereas in case of SCVB plan the entire process of packaging and shipping is the responsibility of shop clues.


Here in this case the seller just need to hand over the unpacked/loose product. The charges in case of SCVB plan goes like; for every product packed by Shopclues, it charges 3-9 Rs from the seller. In case of most of the items the charge is of 9 Rs.

4- Shipping


Shopclues doesn’t allow a merchant to use his own logistics arrangement for shipping the products.
